An 8-Week Class for Cultivating Awareness and Well-Being.

This experiential class will give you:

• Guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices
• Gentle stretching and mindful yoga
• Group dialogue to increase awareness in daily life
• Individually tailored instruction
• Daily home assignments, including guided mindfulness recordings and a workbook

Evidence-Based:

Decades of research has shown that participants training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction can have long lasting reduction in psychological distress and medical symptoms, including chronic pain.

March 7 to April 25, 2018
Wednesdays, 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Day of Mindfulness: Saturday April 7, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
